CogMo Performance is a cognitive-motor work capacity evaluation and occupational health practice based at 1680 East Gude Drive, Unit 200-E in Rockville, Maryland, serving the DC metropolitan area. We are a service of Neurosuite LLC.
We provide functional capacity evaluation (FCE), neuro-informed FCE for traumatic brain injury and stroke, adapted FCE for autism and IDD, post-offer employment testing, job demand analysis with a cognitive addendum, fit for duty testing, home and office ergonomics, and expert witness support.
We are the only work capacity practice in the DC metropolitan area led by a Cognitive-Motor Neuroscientist, and every report we deliver is built for return-to-work decisions that hold up under review.

We have no facility to fill, no equipment to sell, and no employer relationship to protect. Every functional capacity evaluation we produce is written to survive clinical, adjuster, and courtroom scrutiny.
Neuroscience first
Work capacity is a brain and body question. Our evaluations measure cognitive-motor performance, dual-task load, and effort validity alongside lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and sustained posture.
Complex cases welcome
Traumatic brain injury, stroke, concussion, autism, and intellectual and developmental disability. These are the referrals other work capacity vendors decline. They are the referrals we were built for.

Every evaluation report is delivered within 72 hours, with 24-hour expedited delivery available for hearings, IME rebuttals, and time-sensitive workers compensation claims.
